Commercial American works when buyers can trust what they see. These guidelines apply to every listing, message and profile.
Listings must be real and accurate
- List only commercial and work vehicles you own or are authorized to sell, located in the U.S.
- Use your own photos of the actual vehicle. No stock photos, watermarks of other marketplaces or misleading edits.
- Show the real price. No “$1” placeholder prices or prices that require undisclosed fees.
- Disclose title status (salvage, rebuilt, lien), known mechanical problems and odometer issues.
- One listing per vehicle. Do not repost the same vehicle to stay at the top.
Be respectful and honest in messages
- No harassment, hate speech or discrimination.
- No spam, unrelated promotions or reuse of buyer contact details for other marketing.
- Never ask for deposits by wire transfer, gift cards or cryptocurrency before the buyer has seen the vehicle and title.
Not allowed
- Stolen vehicles, vehicles with altered VINs or vehicles you cannot legally sell.
- Passenger cars and consumer vehicles that are not used for work (use the most fitting category or another marketplace).
- Parts-only, rentals, leases-for-takeover and financing offers posted as vehicle listings.
Enforcement
We may reject or remove listings and suspend accounts that break these rules. See something wrong? Use Report this listing on any listing or contact us.
Buying safely
- Inspect the vehicle in person or through an independent inspector before paying.
- Check the title and run a vehicle history report with the VIN.
- Meet in a safe, public place and pay with a traceable method once you have the signed title.
